494 PointsI cannot get my gallery images to cross over to Workspace?
I do not have itunes, maybe thats why? I also do not see a little drop box on the bottom left corner of workspace.
EDIT: after attempting to extract the files to get them unzipped and able to be uploaded my 80 lines are wiped. I was set back to the very first header line. even when restoring. i was faithfully saving, ctrl+s until the red light was gone, over and over again. now its like it was never there. EDIT 2: After going through my browser history, i found the most recent web page, saved it as a file, and then uploaded that file to Workspaces. I have my code back, but i am afraid to try anything else to upload these image files.

494 PointsNick Pettit Im sorry to say, I think I must be doing something wrong. Random files are on my workspace, and they will not delete after right clicking, and choosing delete. Is there someone that can access my account to see what is happening?

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with Workspaces. I know that's really frustrating when you're just trying to learn.
If you can answer a few questions for me, it will help our developers a lot in diagnosing the issue:
- Are you using Windows or a Mac computer?
- What happened when you tried to extract the files?
- What happened when you uploaded the files to Workspaces?
- What happened right before the lines disappeared?
Workspaces is still a new tool, and despite all of our testing, it still might have some issues that need to be sorted. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our developers work to implement fixes.

Treehouse TeacherUpdate! The project files issue has been fixed. You should now be able to download the project files and open them without issue. You should also be able to download your files from Workspaces without issue.
We're still investigating the code disappearing problem, but the downloading should be better now. Please let us know if there's any additional issues you find. Thanks for reporting this, Jessica Brown.
