3,782 Pointsmaybe you can elaborate which shortcut you'd like to use and whether you're using mac or win?
I use mac and almost every shortcut that was shown didn't work for me, too. But some trying around does help ;-) (make shure you didn't tell your browser or operating system to override any pre-defined shortcuts already... I tend to forget my custom presets sometimes...)
