I have tried to reload the page, and rewatch the video, I am not able to type on the worksheet in order to complete the challenge.

While you're waiting for support... Have your tried using a different browser? I found I kept having little 'glitches' when using Firefox. I have since switched to Chrome and haven't had any issues. Just a thought. :)
