I think you're missing the meta viewport . I don't want to get chastised for "giving away answers" ---that's another thread, but

<meta name="viewport" content:"width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">

that's the only thing that looks different from my old notes, anyway...

Derrick, You need to post your code (see the markdown cheatsheet), then we can see what is going on. All the best.

<ul> <li> <a href="img/numbers-01.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt=""> <p>Experimentation with color and texture.</p> </a> </li> <li> <a href="img/numbers-02.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-02.jpg" alt=""> <p>Playing with blending modes in photoshop.</p> </a> </li> <li> <a href="img/numbers-06.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-06.jpg" alt=""> <p>Trying to make an 80's.</p> </a> </li> <li> <a href="img/numbers-09.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-09.jpg" alt=""> <p>Grid</p> </a> </li> <li> <a href="img/numbers-12.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-12.jpg" alt=""> <p>Creating shapes.</p> </a> </li> </ul>

Check these things: <s>

  • Make sure your images are stored in a relative folder named "img"
  • Make sure your images are named the same as in the code
  • If serving from your own computer/server, make sure permissions are set correctly for the folder/files </s>

EDIT: I assume that you are able to see the images that you are clicking on, so it's probably not any of those issues I mentioned

Or would you like the whole code?

Assuming there is an opening ul tag at the top, I have to ask if you have imported the images to your img file. The paths look good.

Yes, there is a ul tag at to and yes, i have imported the images

So much for the quick fix. I'm stumped, I think I'll need to look at the workspace.
