I can't make the bullet points go away

The reason why it's not working is because you're not selecting the correct element.

Please remember that classes and id's should not have any spaces in between them. You should add a dash like this: 

<ul class="contact-list">
</ul>

And then select your class like this, make sure that nothing is capitalized too:

.contact-list {
   list-style: none;
}

I had the same problem, but mine was that the </ul> was not at the end of the list.
