i cant see my the preview of the application

please help iam stuck

Are you referring to the preview pane in Android Studio or the Emulator? If it's the later, I'd recommend downloading Genymotion, there are several videos about how to do that, and how it works in the Android Tools that will help you get started.

If it's in AS, make sure you're in the activity_main.xml file and that the Design tab is selected at the bottom of the Palette menu. If you're in the right file, but have Text selected, check on the right side of the AS window for the word "Preview" to toggle the Preview screen.
