16,506 PointsI can't view my php file on my browser. -ubuntu-
I've been trying for some time to view my file on the browser. I have lamp already installed and it is running, but I cannot view the php file like an html file. If I type localhost, I get the "It works" message. If I type http://localhost/info.php I get the purple screen. What I'm trying to do is simply view my file. Thanks!

5,062 PointsThere's a good chance you just need to move the file to the right location. Where is your file saved? In WIndows, it needs to be in [C]:\wamp\www. From a web search, it looks like your file should be in: /var/www/html/ If that's not right, maybe the lesson/supplemental material will point you in the right direction.
