I deleted my index.html file with all of my progress. Is there a way to get it back?

All of the work I performed is lost. Is there a copy of the page I can paste into my workspace to start where I left off?

only option would be to check in the recyclebin, if you have shift deleted, then NO would be the answer, otherwise, if at all, you have used, version controlling, that would be another option.

You could try pressing the 'Launch Workspace' button below the video. After you create the workspace, you should be able to access the file and get everything from it up until that video.
