3,385 PointsI didn't get the question. Override a super class method to make sure its action is still executed.
Question: Now override the add_item method. Use super() in it to make sure the item still gets added to the list.
I have overriden the super().add_item() in my code. I have also tried
def add_item(self, item): super().add_item(self, item)
I don't think I understand what is asked precisely.
class Inventory:
def __init__(self):
self.slots = []
def add_item(self, item):
self.slots.append(item)
class SortedInventory(Inventory):
def __init__(self, item):
super().add_item(self, item)

This should actually work:
def add_item(self, item):
super().add_item(self, item) ---> Note: 'self' is not needed here
You stated that you tried it and it didn't, but it should. Try again?
Good luck! Ave
