First of all, you have to return a LIST. Then you have to loop through your dictionnary becouse you values are a dictionnary and try to use kwargs!
I do not want to give you a code to use but try to start with:
def string_factory(values): new_list = [] for diction in values:
then append your lists using template filled with values... use kwargs :)
