i do not understand why i'm wrong in my quizz. for calling help on the str function we should use help(str) it why am

Hey Stephan,

It seems you missed a part of the instructions.

The question is asking how to find information on upper method, which is part of the str class. So, you need to be more specific in your answer and not just use the 'generic' str. So, you need to use dot notation to specify which method on the class you want help with... str.upper.
