JavaScript JavaScript Basics (Retired) Storing and Tracking Information with Variables Using String Methods

I dont get this at all and the video's arent helping. what am I doing wrong please?

First, don't repeat the string literal, make use of the variable instead. What you need to do with "lastName" is similar to what you did with "id", and then you will combine them with a "#" in between.
