i don't have a twitter or facebook account. what should i do?

You can just link to the Twitter and Facebook homepage. If you need the URL, just go to Google and search for them, then copy the link and paste it into the tag.

As Nick said, you can link to whatever you want down there or not link to anything at all. It's just to show you how to do it if you would like to do it. :)

You could create a fake Twitter account with the intent of it being for testing/learning only. Creating a Twitter account will be less painful than the process of creating a Facebook account, even if just for testing/development. At some point you may want to bring in a social media feed into your website or application. Having a test account will come in handy.
