I don't know how add opening and closing script

the question tell me to add opening and closing script tags inside the body of the page.

The script tag is like other HTML tags. Opening tag is the name of the tag inside arrows, <tag name>, and the closing tag is identical except for adding a "/", like this </tag name>.

The "body" is identified by the opening and closing body tags.
