i dont know how <p> can be black

How can i put the <p> elements in black and where can i wite them.

}

I don't clearly understand your question. By default text colors are set to black. If you want to change the color of a text, you can target the p tag or use the universal selector to give it a default style for all paragraph on the page.

* {
   color:red;// all the text color on the page will be red unless you give an element a class or id.
}

or target the paragraph element like this

p {
    color:red; // all p tags are now set to red.
}

If you wanted to make sure your <p> tags are in black you do this...

p { color:black; }

Although it's not necessary since the default is black. You could set any tag to black this way.
