Hi Corey,

You should have errors messages to tell you what's wrong on your parts. You haven't create section elements, footer elements inside Body tags.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Corey Rivers | Designer</title>
  </head>

     <body>

        <header>Corey Rivers</header>
        <h1>Corey Rivers</h1>
         <section>............</section>
         <footer>...............</footer>

    </body>

</html>

Hope that helps.

Hi Corey,

I have found that you sometimes have to listen to the videos more than once to really understand the material. There have been a few instances where I got stuck as well. Also, I recommend taking notes to help you while you watch the videos. I wish there were more hints and feedback from Treehouse as to the type of error or on what line an error exists.

I had a problem with this assignment until I changed the tag below. I cannot give you a reason why this works. Maybe someone else can.

<meta charset="UTF-8">

I hope this is helpful.
