Ok for starters, you got the syntax for un-ordered lists wrong.

Here is the syntax:

<ul>
    <li></li>
</ul>

An easy way to remember this is the fact that, in order to create a list you must first create a tag specifying the type of list: <ul> ---> "unordered list". And each of these lists must be populated with list items, hence the <li> ---> list item.

I will leave it up to you to finish the challenge, though I do recommend rewatching the videos for better understanding.
