I missed something way back and I don't know how to go back to fix it.

Hi, I am not sure if this will help you but try checking the teacher's notes where he/she has the code written down and copy/paste the part that you missed. Consider redoing the whole thing if it doesn't work. Look at it as more practice than lost time.
