out
var secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");
do{secret}
while ( secret !== "sesame" ) {
document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");
}

I'm not sure what you're asking with your question, but that being said you were pretty close to the answer. You want the secret prompt to be inside of the do-while loop and the declaration to be outside of the do-while loop. Take a look at my example below.
var secret;
do {
secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");
} while ( secret !== "sesame" )
document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");

Here is a example as followed..
<script>
var secret; // declare the secret variable so you can use it inside the loop
do { // always do the following code block at least once
secret = prompt("what is the secret password?");
}
while ( secret !== "sesame" )
document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");
</script>
Hopefully this helps !
