assign (by =) the id var to new var named userName with uppercase letters (using The toUpperCase() method)

var id = "23188xtr";
var lastName = "Smith";

var userName = id.toUpperCase( );
alert(userName);
// Output: 23188XTR

Task two the same idea only with concatenate (+ and +=):

var id = "23188xtr";
var lastName = "Smith";

var userName = id.toUpperCase() + "#"; // 23188XTR#
userName += lastName.toUpperCase(); // 23188XTR#SMITH

This line is with compile error (wrong syntax!!)

var userName = id.toUpperCase() #lastName

Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token

** OUT of topic: in the future add more semantic meaning to you Q ("i dont understand" its to general for future searches :)). Thanks
