Call the getYear function: store the returned value of the function in a new variable named yearToday.
what does this mean? Bummer! You didn't assign the return value from the getYear()
function to the yearToday
variable.
function getYear(){
var year = new Date().getFullYear();
return year;
}
var yearToday = getYear().year;

4,315 PointsHI Farhan - I dont think you need the .year appended to the end of the function in this example:
var yearToday = getYear();
