Python Python Basics (2015) Python Data Types String Formatting

i don't understand what is wrong with my answer: name = "Ana" subject = " Treehouse loves {}".format(name)

I used on the workspace together with print(subject) and it prints the following:

Treehouse loves Ana

strings.py
name = "Ana"
subject = " Treehouse loves {}".format(name)
print(subject)

Hey Ana,

Everything is correct, except you have a leading space in your String. Just delete that and you're good to go! :)

:dizzy:

Your code looks great. Code challenges are super picky, though.

Even an extra space at the beginning of a string could mess you up on a code challenge :)

I hope this helps.

Good luck! ~Alex
