Try adding a semicolon after "Hello World!"

<?php
    echo "Hello World!";
?>

Thank you

This is going to sound silly, but remove the exclamation mark from your 'Hello World!' string.

Including the exclamation mark gave the error 'Bummer! Make sure you're echoing the correct phrase.', but removing it completed the challenge.

Thanks works
