3,828 PointsI followed the code from the video but it doesn't work.
How come I have the same code from the video but in my code, there is an error in for loop for '<ol>' This is the code ``var questions = [ ['How many states are in the United States?', 50], ['How many continents are there?', 7], ['How many legs does an insect have?', 6] ]; var correctAnswers = 0; var question; var answer; var response; var html; var correct = []; var wrong; [];
function print(message) { var outputDiv = document.getElementById('output'); outputDiv.innerHTML = message; }
function buildList(arr) { var listHTML = '<ol>' ; for ( var i = 0; i < arr.length; i += 1 ) { listHTML += '<li>' + arr[i] + '</li>'; } listHTML += '</ol>'; return listHTML; } for (var i = 0; i < questions.length; i += 1) { question = questions[i][0]; answer = questions[i][1]; response = prompt(question); response = parseInt(response); if (response === answer) { correctAnswers += 1; correct.push(question); } else { wrong.push(question); } }
html = "You got " + correctAnswers + " question(s) right." html += '<h2> You got these questions correct:</h2>'; html += buildList(correct); html += '<h2>You got these qestions wrong:</h2>'; html += buildList(wrong); print(html);``

. You have a semicolon where there should be an assignment operator.
This:
var wrong; [];
should be:
var wrong = [];

Treehouse Project ReviewerWhat is the error? The console provides you a line number to check out where the error may be. You need another ` wrapped around your code for markdown.

3,828 PointsThe error was pointing to the loop. But end up being an error with syntax error ( declaration of variable wrong ). Thank any way. Enjoy your day.

3,828 PointsYes, That was it. The bug was showing me an error with the loop on my google chrome tool. I was confused and was looking in the wrong place. Thank you very much. :)
