I have a word press question regarding my site identity I created and want displayed

I have a word press question regarding my site identity I created and want displayed on the top of all my pages. My website is www.monikandersondesign.com/wordpress and I would like to add my site identity logo instead of putting the logo in the header which gets to small when you are viewing it on a mobile device. How do I do this. I do not seem to see the option anywhere. Thanks
