1,001 PointsI have duplicate of all the images somehow they got on to the workspace twice. Anyway I can delete them?

Sorry, I completely mis-read your question as 'duplicate Workspaces' instead of 'duplicate images' so have removed my previous post to avoid confusion.
You should be able to delete the individual images you want to remove by right clicking on them in the left hand side and choosing the 'Delete' option.

I'm not sure of a way you could retrieve that I'm afraid. If it's one of the downloadable project files though you may be able to either open a new workspace at the stage you've reached of even re-download the index.html page.
