I have my closing style tag but it's still prompting me to include it.

Add your style tag inside the body tags like this

<body>

  <style> h1 { color: blue; }</style>

    <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>

</body>

You want to put your style tag above the h1 tag but still within the body tags
