i have no idea what it wants. there is no header markup, and all list items are already marked up. there is no work todo

if you want us to create a new set of stuff, include "write something and then place...."

index.html

<html>
  <head>
    <link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet">
    <title>My Portfolio</title>

Hey Eric Schamun šŸ‘‹

I can see how the wording of this challenge could be a bit clearer, I'll let the team know. But yes, it is wanting you to create the element and place the top ul, h1 & p elements within it šŸ‘
