How is it not working? What are you trying to do?

Inside the three new list items, add the following images from inside the img folder: "numbers-01.jpg", "numbers-02.jpg", and "numbers-06.jpg". Leave the alt attributes blank, and don’t add any captions or links. Just the images!

You've added links. The exercise is asking for just the images, no links.

Your problem is that you've added both links and captions within the list items as well as the images. Remove these and you should be ok ie <li><img src="xxx" alt=""></li>
