30,298 PointsI have no toolbar at the top of sublime, so I can't use the "project" option. Is it because my version is unregistered?
I am using sublime text 2, but in the video Randy has a toolbar at the top which he uses to select the project option and move all the files to a side bar, my version simply shows the tab and nothing else. At the top it has the word UNREGISTERED, and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it.

12,397 PointsI don't know if you are on Mac or Windows but you need to open the Command Palette. On Windows it's Control+Shift+p. (on Mac it's probably Command+Shift+p ???) Then type in "menu". Select "View: Toggle Menu"

12,397 PointsInteresting. I'm not sure why then. At first I thought that it may be that I use Sublime 3, but I tried in Sublime 2 and it works as well.

30,298 PointsThat's really weird, mine shows exactly what you have there but the only option that isn't there is the menu option! Though it does have "Toggle sidebar" which doesn't seem to be on yours. It's fine though I was able to find the "Project: Add Folder" option so at least for the purposes of this task I can still create the desired effect. Thanks for your help anyway, if you do find out what's causing this then please let me know!

12,397 PointsWill do. I'm curious to know what the answer is. I also should have mentioned that I am using a registered version not the trial. I have a friend using that version. I'll ask her if she can see that option.

30,298 PointsThanks, yeah it was a Mac and it is Command+Shift+p, it didn't have the "View: Toggle Menu" option but I was able to get the sidebar up which will make things a lot easier.
