I have to create a function that returns the first four items from whatever iterable given and I'm doing something wrong

Something is wrong with my code

slices.py
def first_4 (iterable):
    return iterable [:3]

Hi there! You're terribly close here. You're returning the first three from the iterable. Simply changing the 3 to a 4 causes the first step to pass.
