i have window 10 and when i try to drop the downloads in the darkened area of the work space it does not upload the img

any ideas how i can do this in other way around?

Sorry to hear about the troubles! If you are unzipping the files, what browser are you using? We highly recommend using Google Chrome, as it consistently offers the smoothest student experience when using the Treehouse web app. If you're still having troubles, feel free to post here (and include links to any screenshots) or email Support at help@teamtreehouse.com with the issue you're facing and specific details (OS version, web browser and version, screenshots, what you've already tried and expected to see, but what you actually saw, etc.)

Are you unzipping the files in the download first and then dropping them in?
