i just downloaded this program, but i don't get al those colors or command options

my words don't have that colors and i don't get the compleet command if i type col for color.

with program i mean Sublime Text

I don't use sublime, but if it's not color coded the way you would like, go into the options/preferences....that's usually where you find those type of options.
