I keep failing this code challenge, with the message of "Dont forget to put a header tag"

Here is m y work so far, with a header tag placed.

<!DOCtype html> <html> <head> <meta Charset="utf-8"> <title>Austin Ligon | Designer<title> </head> <body> <header></header> <section></section> <footer></footer> </body> </html>

Where did I go wrong?

The doctype has to be written in full caps.
