I keep getting the Error Alerts even at the end of this course

My code doesn't get fresh weather data and keep throwing the error; Oops, there was an error! OK

1). How do I get my app to run and stop throwing this error all the time? 2). I have downloaded the code for this tutorial, how do I get to use it and compare my code?
