I keyed in the previous help answer, but it still doesn't work

Thanks for the previous answer, I entered it, but it still isn't working

Try this one. I just pasted it in and the editor accepted it.

var userName = id.toUpperCase() + "#" + lastName.toUpperCase();

If it still doesn't work, try copying and pasting the above.
