HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Create Navigation with Lists

I need help figuring out how to link the portfolio list item with "index>html".

        <h2>Designer</h2>
      </a>
      <nav>
        <ul>
          <li><a herf="index.html">Portfolio</a></li>
          <li><a herf="about.html">About</a></li>
          <li><a herf="contact.html">Contact</a></li>

You have a syntax error

Should be href instead of herf

          <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li>
          <li><a href="about.html">About</a></li>
          <li><a href="contact.html">Contact</a></li>

Hi Brian! You have a typo in your href attribute! You wrote herf instead of href!

thanks.

thanks.

thanks.

thanks.

You misspelled "href". You have "herf" in your anchor tags.

I know, but thanks anyways
