i need help i have emailed tree house and no response.. i keep getting "oh no!" we have lost communication

my wifi is fine and i cant check my work because of this my husband also uses tree house and is not getting this error

That happens to me all the time, it was frustrating sometimes because I had to redo some test questions and coding. What I do now, when the window pops up that says "lost communication", I just click in the background behind the popup and the popup goes away, and I can usually just continue as I would normally without losing anything.
