I need help with .remove

I'm trying to do the .remove challenge, and I didn't get a chance to watch the video. So I need hep figuring out what to do.

lists.py 
states = [
    'ACTIVE',
    ['red', 'green', 'blue'],
    'CANCELLED',
    'FINISHED',
    5,
]
states.remove ('blue')
print(states)

Hello there,

When you call .remove() on a list, you pass in the value that you want it to look for and remove. For example, the first thing the challenge asks you to do is remove the last item from the list, which is 5. So, you do 

states.remove(5)

I don't think this challenge makes you print anything - you usually only need to do that if it asks you to. Adding just the above code below the list should pass the first question - see if you can take it from there. Happy coding!
