I need help with this code challenge.

I need help with this code challenge, how the paragraph

index.html
<!doctype html>
<html>
  <head>
    <link href="main-pg" rel="stylesheet">
  </head>
  <body>

    <p class="main-pg">My amazing website</p>

  </body>
</html>
styles.css
.main-pg {}
.P

First in order to actually link your CSS code to your HTML code you need to link it like so:

<head>
    <link href="style.css" rel="stylesheet">
</head>

You added the class correctly to the paragraph tag (<p>) but, you already gave your <p> the class name "main-pg" so select it by that and lose the .p since you have no element with the class name "P":

.main-pg {
    border: 4px solid red;
}

first create class in <p> tag like this. <p class="main-pg"> and then in style.css

  1. .main-pg{

}

2) .main-pg { border: solid red 4px; }
