2,591 PointsI notice that there are a limited number of techdegrees covering only certain content. What about PHP?
It appears to be that PHP is not a money area. Is this right? Looks to me like javascript is the way to go judging on what techdegrees are offered.

9,453 PointsThe logical step of "Since they offer a tech degree for X other technology stack that must be where the jobs are." is not quite accurate. There are plenty of well-paying and fulfilling jobs if you decide to pursue a career as a PHP developer. You'll still likely need/want to learn Javascript along with HTML and CSS because working on only the back end of a website is a bit of a luxury.

Treehouse TeacherHi Shaun Le Conte -- currently we're offering 6 Techdegrees including iOS, Android, Python Web, Java Web, Full Stack JavaScript and Front End Web development. We're looking at potentially launching more, but don't have a definite timeline for any new Techdegrees. Is PHP your area of interest? Or is there another type of Techdegree you'd like to see?

2,591 PointsHi, I am not well informed as to what I should be studying - I am just interested in PHP mainly because I bought a book about it from Amazon written by Robin Nixon - "Learning PHP Javascript and Mysql with Jquery, CSS and HTML5"
It was argued in the book that it was a good choice. I just want to go down a suitable path.
