I noticed the PHP statements are orange and so is the <!DOCTYPE>, but would <!DOCTYPE> be considered PHP?

I noticed the PHP statements are orange and so is the <!DOCTYPE>, but would <!DOCTYPE> be considered PHP? Or is it just something workspaces does?

The DOCTYPE command is HTML, yes. It is just something that the Workspace does to highlight it.
