I really need help!

I am very stumped and have tried a lot! Can someone show me the code I have to change?

while True:
       num = random.randint(1, 99)
    def even_odd(num):
        if num % 2 == 0:
            print("{} is even".format(num))
        else:
            return not num % 2
        start = start - 1

You want function definition for even_odd() outside the loop, otherwise you are redefining it every loop but not running it. Redefining the function to the same thing every loop doesn't make a lot of sense when you sound it out like that. even_odd() is given to you in the starter code. It's probably better to put your code after it.

Also while True: is an infinite loop. It will never stop because the condition, the "Do I continue looping?" question, never changes. You want a condition that can be false (or "falsey") when it needs to be.
