I set the location to my sites folder, and I have a .localized file in my testsite.com folder. What is that about?

I've followed the direcitons in the video, and I have a .localized file in my testsite.com folder. What is that about? What is .localized? What caused this?

It is a OS generated file. Theses are files that you mac will create. If you are using git you should always use a .gitignore file to not have the OS generated files be included in your work flow.
