I think this code is correct but it is not being accepted. <nav> <ul> </ul> </nav>

I have added after a tag.

index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Nick Pettit</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <header>
      <a href="index.html">
        <nav>
          <ul>

          </ul>

        </nav>
        <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
        <h2>Designer</h2>
      </a>
    </header>
    <section></section>
    <footer>
      <p>&copy; 2013 Nick Pettit.</p>
    </footer>
  </body>
</html>

Hi Raj,

You will just need to move the nav tags to below the anchor tags rather than inside them, so:

      <a href="index.html">
        <nav>
          <ul>

          </ul>

        </nav>
        <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
        <h2>Designer</h2>
      </a>

will become:

      <a href="index.html">
        <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
        <h2>Designer</h2>
      </a>
      <nav>
        <ul>
        </ul>
      </nav>

Hope that helps

-Rich
