Not quite, at a minimum you would have to wrap your css in your html document in a <style></style> tag, so the browser knows this isn't html, but instead it's css.

Yes that will than pass. In all reality though, while it does work, you shouldn't do it this way. Instead, your css rule should go in your css file.
