I don't get this..
Using the encode64 method on the Base64 class, encode the phrase to a new variable called encoded_phrase.

Once you're required the base64 library to answer the first question in the challenge you'll call the encode64 method on the Base64 class and pass the phrase
variable as the attribute to that method, like so:
Base64.encode64(phrase)
Then just assign that to a variable like this:
encoded_phrase = Base64.encode64(phrase)
