Drag the file to the lower left hand corner section of workspaces until the box highlights "drop to upload file" you may also open the file in a simple text editor such as sublime and copy and paste the code by selection all of the code (ctrl+a) and pasting the code into work spaces (ctrl+v) Do not forget to open a new folder in workspaces and title it "css"

Also, Instead of trying to drag. Just right click and hit upload file. I had the same issue and this worked for me!

thanks

That worked perfectly. Thanks!
