I unzipped the file and can't drag the pics onto the workspace sidebar, help?

Whenever I try to drag the pics I get a red circle with a slash.

no problem I'm glad it worked.

So if you already downloaded the zip file and extracted the images folder to somewhere on your computer, and tried dragging the individual images into workspaces from there and it still doesn't work.

You can also try to go to "file>upload file" and upload the images that way.

If neither one of these work for you I suggest you message support.

Dragging onto to sidebar and File>Upload file both do not work for me.

Do you get any kind of error message? Have you tried to close your workspace, reopen it and try again?

Reopening workspace didn't open. But re-saved the files in a new folder elsewhere and that seems to have done the trick!

I'm glad you got it to work. =)
