Whenever I try to drag the pics I get a red circle with a slash.

16,291 PointsSo if you already downloaded the zip file and extracted the images folder to somewhere on your computer, and tried dragging the individual images into workspaces from there and it still doesn't work.
You can also try to go to "file>upload file" and upload the images that way.
If neither one of these work for you I suggest you message support.

16,291 PointsDo you get any kind of error message? Have you tried to close your workspace, reopen it and try again?

4,843 PointsReopening workspace didn't open. But re-saved the files in a new folder elsewhere and that seems to have done the trick!
