It depends on where you buy it from, the license surrounding it and the terms of use policy set by the designer/developer of the theme, generally once you've purchased you can use it as many times for personal use but can't use it on any site that's used as a commercial entity.

3,549 PointsYou mean, the theme shouldnt be resold? so is possible to use the theme and several sites at time... or this is not possible. The thing is that I buy a wordpress school theme , the theme is pretty cool so I want to reuse it in other site..

26,676 PointsAs I mentioned for personal use it's generally fine to use on more than one site, the problem comes when you want to use the theme on a commercial site as sometimes you need to purchase a license that entitles you full rights to the themes code but by the sound of it that's not what you need so you should be fine.
